The movement after the release of buttons is normal. Two bases should be within 1”-2” of each other as far as height. Below is a reset procedure if they are not synchronized within 1”-2" of each other. If they are more than an inch or two off, and the below steps do not resolve the issue, a replacement head motor may be needed.
*Both remotes are needed for this process to work*
- With one remote control, raise the head and foot up. Does not matter how far, just up enough you can tell they are raised.
- Hold the home/flat button to lower and as the base goes down and continue holding the button for 10-15 seconds even after the base has reached the flat position.
- Repeat the same exact steps with the other remote control.
